We will start off with your free Discovery Session, which is usually 15 to 30 minutes. This is to establish whether you are comfortable with our program and that we have a good chemistry, as connecting and trusting one another is extremely important.
During the Discovery Session we will also explore and identify your goals, your challenges, and assess your willingness/readiness to engage in your growth journey. Ready?
